Customer Self Service Portal
This was a long-running project during which I had tasks through four phases.
I was responsible for meeting with business stakeholders and turning requirements into UI design and then presenting wireframes for feedback. After initial iterative design, I created an HTML prototype of the site that was then used to implement the design into OpenText Portal. I also created a demo that was used to vet the design with actual OpenText customers during a user group meeting.

I believe in information integrity and accessibility for all through inclusive design principles and I have a wide breadth of knowledge in many areas of web standards and user experience design including HTML, CSS, cross-browser testing, accessibility best practices, information architecture, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing.
I earned my Master's Degree in Information Studies from the University of Texas at Austin School of Information .
